btw I recommend people do a patch test before doing perms. I had a perm and eventually experienced heavy hair loss. it took like 8 months - 12 months to fully recover from it.

my hair is recovered 90% now and its not noticeably thin anymore. but just so you know.

It doesn't NECESSARILY turn your hair from straight to curly, it depends on your hair makeup from the beginning. Exp, black "straight" hair doesn't become curly with a perm, it's a different product for that scenario.
