Hot stone bowl bibimbap | RICE IS LIFE 🍚

episode 5 of my 🍚 'rice is life' series is none other than dolsot bibimbap - a classic korean dish made with an array of side dishes mixed with rice in a hot stone bowl or 'dolsot'.

the stone bowl is completely optional and it'll still be a super delicious bibimbap but i really enjoy the crispy rice or 'nurungji' formed by the stone bowl. it was so good i had snot running down my nose lmao

can I add a whole raw egg to mix and cook in the hot dolsot? or should I only do the egg yolk?
