Snap toggles are by far my favorite hollow wall anchor. There are plenty of toggling type anchors. There's snap toggles, self drilling toggles like the cobra drillertoggle, and of course old school spring-loaded toggles, and they're all going to be very strong. In fact, I'd wager that unless you're mounting something VERY light, toggle type anchors are the only kind worth using. The only exception IMO is if you're dealing with a wall cavity so shallow that the toggle can't open, in which case a molly (the kind that open like an umbrella @9:45).

The reason snap toggles are my favorite is because, as you said, unlike old spring toggles they don't fall into the wall if you remove the screw. Self drilling toggles also prevent that issue by having threads on the casing similar to the ones you call easy screws, but the mechanism doesn't always engage, and it sometimes strips out. Snap toggles are the best of both worlds.

Thanks for taking the time to make and share this video. You explain the steps to mount these anchors with clarity. Great idea to see the other side of the wall too! :)

The Toggler will 100% hold a TV's weight. A TV mounted with a standard wall bracket, not the full motion wall bracket. The brand you used is not the "Toggler" brand, it is "The Hillman Group" which I find to be of a lower quality than Toggler.

good video only thing is the first anchor you showed was put in wrong, the wings are meant to fold the opposite way so when the screw goes in it pulls the wings back on the drywall in the shape they sit before use

The 1st one was done wrong. it was folded then opened the wrong way. The gripping power is much less the way it was incorrectly shown.

I have been a handyman for years, and although he is doing his best, he doesn’t know what he is doing. For instance, with Polly toggle he demonstrates first.. he does not set the toggle using the setting tool required to make it work. After that I lost all confidence and stopped watching the video.
