Until you use it you don't realise the flap does not hinder getting things in and out and why it's so useful to have it when sometimes you don't zip it up.

I’ve had my puzzle since 2016 and I really love it because it goes with all of my outfits. I never feel like I have to dress around this bag. I think you’re right that it comes down to if the modern aesthetic of the bag matches your style. If it doesn’t match your style easily then you’re not going to be inclined to use it. Doesn’t matter how many pro and con lists you make or if it’s considered classic or not. If it doesn’t feel like you can grab it and go with whatever you’re wearing then don’t get it

Puzzle bag is amazing and classic, a staple bag for Loewe for sure. I have the older one with the feet, they should have kept that feature as well as the classic design, not the Puzzle Edge

I think your last point about whether it is a "true classic" bag and that it is a more modern silhouette is what convinced me to not buy it for myself. I want a true classic bag and my style is not really modern at all. I can see myself reaching for it less and less as the years go by because of that. Great video, thank you!

Did u buy one in the end? I got a small in khaki green and i love it. No feet so it's v lightweight which i prefer. The leather is so smooth and the colour is so easy to match.

I decided to get the strathberry mosaic as it has better internal structure to prevent it from slouching. And better price with a great quality made in Spain!

My iPhone 14 fits in the pocket of the medium but not the small, which I agree is a little annoying. the Puzzle was not so expensive a few years ago. I don't remember about the Puzzle, but take the Gate for the reference, it was released in 2019 and you could get it on 24S for $1400 ($2100 in US). But now it's basically doubled.

I love the flap, it conceals the zipper, it’s a small flap, not chunky flaps like Chanel bags, the back pocket is more to put card holders, we all think we need to look at our phones all the time, but we don’t need to, I keep my phone in the main compartment, Loewe leather is the lightest leather I have come across, you can put extra holes on the strap, I did on mine as I am taller, you cannot expect the bag to be cheap, can you? I first bought mine at £1800, it is now £2500, I think price increase because people are liking this bag and like everything else, prices go up. Having feet on a bag, will make it heavier, I don’t think feet on bags look good. I hope I have made all your cons into pros! It is a very functional bag!

It's not a straight forward bag at all, but it is a unique piece. I like the flap over the main compartment because it makes me feel safer when I wear it out, especially when I'm in Europe where it is pickpocket central. It also is so nonclassical in its shape and structure, and I find that it always manages to fit things I would not expect (like a whole iPad without issue), without being a massive tote. Overall, I'm quite happy with my bag.

The way you shop and flip and toss them around on the rack in the store really freak me out. You touch them like those are yours. One of the kind. I can’t focus on what you say but looking at your action! You are definitely not a classic shopper, luxury bag lover! no class at all.
