The plaintiff used to date the defendant. The defendant caught the plaintiff with another woman. In an angry rage, the defendant smashed his front door and electric bike, so the plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff went to her home first and broke her door and rocking chair. Besides, the defendant claims she already gave the plaintiff money for the damages she caused. The defendant is countersuing for her broken chair, door, and harassment.
