Rivers in Bangladesh disappearing at an alarming rate

More than 500 rivers in Bangladesh have vanished in the past five decades. Critics blame illegal dam construction, mismanagement and pollution. Mohammad Kamruzzaman reports.

India has built 5000+ dams and barrages in the rivers. What to expect? There were 1500 + rivers in Bangladesh in 1975 and the number today is 700 and half of them will be gone in some years.
I'm so disappointed..
