The video is for educational purpose and aims to demonstrate how to lift an unconscious person when presented with a life threatening scenario or in any given emergency scenario. You can also use the skill to lift your intoxicated (wasted) friend from the bar or whatever scenario to get him or her to safety.

If you get her to the position at 13 seconds, and sit her on a chair, then you can push her feet as far back as they'll go, and pull her over your shoulder before lifting her and yourself up.

Nah, she was not fully unconscious. She locks her legs assisting him. A real dead weight is heavy. My cousin was like 120lbs ish and blacked out from drinking he felt like 500 lbs

This is too far from reality. An unconscious person is heavy asf, and could very probably be heavier than you. You can't lift someone unconscious like that
