They dialed the suit texture up to like 15. It should have texture, to mimic a kind of leathery, animal skin kinda look…but this shit is NUTS. Not liking it…and it’s kinda dragging me down…

For me being a newer collector I’ll be happy just to get his figure. It’s sold out in a lot of places but with all the drops in figures not sure if I can afford anymore.

The face on the prototype was good but not great. The finished product looks nothing like Michael Keaton. The problem isn't just the faceplate but it's the eyes too. As almost everyone can tell the suit texture is not even close to accurate. I've been so excited for this. I even bought the Jazzinc Batmobile to go with it. I would have been happy if it looked like the prototype but this last set of pictures has me really bummed. When you compare the level of accuracy on some of the other one is crap. To say that I'm bummed would be an understatement.

I am on the fence regarding cancelling preorder. Just the faceplate is obviously not like keaton. I mentioned in another comment. It is more like temu or wish batman. and has a softness almost looks like robocop. Last hot toys figure I got was the crow and that was disapointing as well. I also feel with the texture that this is a super imposed version of the mezco batman as that had similar texture on the suit. just those face plates for 1/12 scale were so on point.

The goofy face is a letdown and I agree that the battle damage face seems lighter in skin tone with no grit/dirt and the blood seems too bright. I hope it is a color correction, but I must wait and see. I got the batmobile and am now just waiting for the man to open them up simultaneously.

I'm really considering cancelling my pre order. Sucks because I wanted this for years. But the texture is just soo bad and the face sculpt doesn't really look like Keaton

If you block out Keaton's eyes & the suit & just look at his mouth, it looks absolutely NOTHING like Michael Keaton. This is inexcusable for a 2.0 that is 12 years in the making. The DX09 is far superior in likeness to Keaton. Now I'm praying that I can use the old face plates on the new figure. I love the Deluxe diorama piece & can appreciate the new cape & maybe a better body but the likeness is just ABYSMAL when you just look at the face plates & block everything else out.

The DX09 STILL better, the final product of the 2.0 is terrible, I've seen lots of review videos and photos it doesn't look like Keaton.
