Frida Kahlo did marry Diego twice and then divorce because Diego was seen with Fridas sister, Cristina Kahlo. She was unable to have kids because of the bus accident which caused her to have miscarriages and forced herself to wear corsets her entire life after that. In a 1932 painting called "Henry Ford Hospital, " Frida Kahlo offers a self-portrait of herself bleeding on a hospital bed, grieving after a miscarriage. she had many affairs, including with photographer Nickolas Muray, artist Isamu Noguchi, and revolutionary Leon Trotsky. After the divorce because she saw Diego with her sister, they remarried in 1940, and Diego stayed with Frida until she passed away peacefully.
Also Frida Kahlo’s bathroom was her private space that no one could enter. She told someone (please excuse me I had forgotten the name) that if she gets a museum of her own and also since the “someone” had collected her artwork, that to not open her bathroom until 10 years after her death. The “someone” waited 30 years after her death and finally let people see the bathroom with important information and soon open the museum of Frida Kahlo in Mexico.

I remembered that when I was in fourth grade our class had to do a project that some famous people from our culture and I'm Mexican and I did Frida her BTW and it was a blast even though I had to dress up as her eyebrow some kids laughed so hard it was fun

honestly i’ve always felt connected to frida in many ways ever since i was little i loved learning about her, i was born on july 13th, magdalena is my middle name and appearance wise i too have a unibrow i visited la casa azul bookstore at age 10 but i’m guessing its all just a coincidence😭
