In this video, we show how to deal with overset meshes and moving bodies in Ansys Fluent.

We also show how to implement and compile a small macro to put bodies in motion in Ansys Fluent.

To compile the udf required for moving bodies, you will need a C/C++ compiler. If you are working in Windows, you can install Microsoft Visual Studio, you can find more information at the following link,

If you are working in Linux, is likely probable that you already have a C/C++ compiler installed.

This was back in 2019 - Pre-pandemic times fellas!

Note: to run this tutorial you will need Fluent version 19 or 2019.
