FILM DESCRIPTION:
This third sequel to the 1975 mega-hit Jaws returns Lorraine Gary to the role of Ellen Brody, widow of the Roy Scheider character from the first two films. When her son Sean, the current police chief of shark-plagued Amity Island, is killed by the beast, Ellen goes to the Bahamas to comfort her surviving son. Michael Brody (Lance Guest) and his friend Jake (Mario Van Peebles) are marine biologists there to help, but in the end it is up to Ellen and her new beach-bum love -- played by Michael Caine -- to put a halt to the fishy horror. Director Joseph Sargent concludes the series with an ending chosen from several alternate possibilities.

Gawwwd I remember being SO excited for this movie to come out when I was a kid.... Then going to see it in the theater and thinking "yeeeah no". My grandma took me, and she was excited to see Michael Caine.... ....and then couldn't believe he'd star in something like this.

Despite how fake the shark is at least it's more convincing then the one in the 3rd film. Also this is one of my favorite so bad it's good movies.

I actually quite liked the shark scenes in this movie and I may be labbeld as demented but I found it pretty scary though... yes no comparison with the og jaws the masterpiece ..

In the theater, Jake died. I remember that seriously pissing off my mom lol. In the "extended for television" version, Michael finds him hurt but very alive. Quite the difference.🦈🦈🦈
