Literally love all three of the ones that aren’t coming to the US (yet). The sedan is probably my favorite. I’d pay a pretty penny for one of them

The 2003 Infiniti FX35 literally looks like every other crossover right now especially a Porsche Maycan. Infiniti was truly ahead of their time with this coupe crossover design when SUVS at that time were just a box on wheels.

The sedan has the best design out all of them imo. I hope it will eventually make it in the U.S. market.

I need the Crown sedan. if 20 year old me could hear that... I was once such a Toyota hater but had such a soft spot for the crown and century from the 90s on.

The Crown estate looks soo good, would much rather see those around town here.

Hey Kirk, the last time I saw a new Toyota Crown in the USA was 1973. I would like to see Toyota send all four variants to the United States, that sedan version is killer!

The market position of these vehicles is interesting and I look forward to seeing the internal competition between similar priced Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

And now we know why Avalon left us. ..Still miss the Cressida! We had a 90s model company car, that was a damn good sedan .

Toyota is smart to have a range of Crown offerings. There are a ton of crossovers on the market, none of which I'm interested in. However, that saloon/sedan piques my interest. While not necessarily a fan of the hatchback setup, depending on the price, it might be my next vehicle; well, either that, or a 4-Runner. That said, the fact that Toyota is actually having to bring four vehicles to the US in order to replace the Avalon, speaks to the Avalon's heritage of being a stellar product.

Good and deep analysis. I enjoy watching your video from Japan. It seems many like the design of the Crown sports.

The last two days I've been sharing with my wife that this country needs more wagons! My first choice would be the Crown "Outback:)" . Btw...when giving the different views of these 4..some are showing a tailpipe and others none or is that just this old mans eyes going bad? Love your videos....thanks for sharing!

If the sedan (grey one) had a hatch, it would be my number one. That being said, my number one would be the Estate, then the Sport, then the Sedan, then the Crossover Sedan.

This is probably the first Toyota I've liked since the Avalon, in all its iterations. It's a bit tricky to distinguish between the Saloon and Sedan versions although both look great. I wonder if they'll offer gold-plated decals like they did in the past? j/k. Maybe I'm missing something here but if someone can "splain it to me" I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Super smart idea to have a Crown line up.
I guess these are gonna fill the gap between entery level Toyotas and Lexus.

If possible, all of the other versions of the Crown should come here! They all look very nice! A Crown lineup would not be a bad idea because it can be like a bridge gap between the mainstream Toyota lineup and Lexus luxurious lineup. Business wise, Toyota would be crazy to not sell the SUV version stateside! The estate version could also be a success as well! Like you mentioned, it could definitely be a perfect Outback and CX-50 competitor! And this is just my opinion, but I think the Crown sedan would absolutely do much better than the Avalon because not only does it look nicer, it also has that history and prestige that the Avalon lacked. Furthermore, the “Crown” nameplate sounds more appropriate for a flagship. I know that large sedans aren’t selling that well nowadays, but Toyota can at least have something to provide to those who want it! The Crown is literally the crown jewel of Toyota’s lineup!

Toyota and Lexus really coming back with a bang! Love the new styling method where the logos are put at the tip of the hood not as a nose of the car. Really think that was a good fix

Gotta love the Estate Wagon. It will dominate its own segment.
