Indian Scout 60 Test Ride and Review

Today I am riding the 2018 Indian Scout Sixty (60) and giving you all my thoughts and opinions on this bike. It is an amazing midsize cruiser motorcycle. The Indian Scout 60 is fast, packs a lot of horsepower and torque for its size, and is very comfortable and easy to handle. Plus, you can't beat the all-American manufacturing of America's oldest motorcycle brand!

The only criticism that I would have with many of these videos is that there is no slow walk around to get a good look at these bikes. That being said, most people just want to know how they ride.

Like the looks of the scout 60. Would love to see more. Yeah, that was a hint. :-) I'll be scrounging your video list for more.

Nice video! I would love your thoughts on which you actually prefer...the scout or the Vulcan. Looking to get a first bike for my husband (beginner level rider) and it’s between the scout sixty and the Vulcan S - he’s 6’4” and a fit 225 lbs.
Thoughts?

Hi. I am about to get my first street bike. I have narrowed my final 2 to the Vulcan S and the Indian Scout . I am 6’5, 230, and I know both of these can be adjusted to height. What do you think of either as a first bike ?

I've ridden since 2003, but i had a bankruptcy a few years ago and had to surrender my last bike. I'm no beginner, im 6ft'1 180 pounds but i need a bike with a low payment that's very reliable, this seems to be the largest American bike you can get new for $9k, do you think this would be enjoyable, at this stage its money not experience. My other option would be to try to find a used Yamaha Raider or Stryker for the size and dead reliability. I really dont want to go with a used Harley.

Hi, I recently purchased an Indian scout sixty and I think the motor heats up quickly, the heat gets unbearable when I’m stuck in traffic and the went starts blowing hot air toward my legs. Did this happen to you anyone?

I've rode with a Scout sixty on my Vulcan s and it is considerably quieter exhaust wise it was quite surprising

Would of liked to see what the bike looked like, a quick walk around would of been good.

This is the exact bike I wanted but it sold at local place. So bought a regular Scout Blue/White ABS about a month ago. Haven't been able to take it out yet though.

Will the bike work for a large rider? I’m 6’5” 240. Also would it work for a first bike?
