I bought the Scout bobber with the 100hp engine and ABS…. I was a new rider…..but the Scout Bobber was so easy to ride at the beginning….even though it could produce crazy power….it was also crazy easy to learn and get familiar with riding….

Bought a 2023 Scout Sixty as my first motorcycle and I am very happy with it. I'm 5'4 and I fit perfectly on it. Would recommend for new riders.

I’ve got a 2021 Regular Scout Bobber. I’m in love with it. Man it’s fun

Howdy. Based largely on your video, I bought the Scout Bobber not the Sixty. Glad I did. Leaving a sport bike and getting my first cruiser, this is a bike I can grow into just like you said. Thanks for the analysis!

My friend rec this video. Glad he did. i’m a 22+ year rider. Had mostly Yamaha VStar cruisers. I’m lil but can handle and straddle the bike confidently. after a year of not having a bike I’m looking I was looking at the 2 of Triumph small models, the Kawasaki 900 Vulcan and of course the Indian scout models including the regular scout and the Scout 60 and the Scout 20.

yes after seeing this video it narrows it down for me not a fan of the blacked out engine, I like my chrome, I like the smooth ride and was always looking for 6th gear and can have that with The Scout. but I do like the beachcomber wide bars, easier to handle for a little lady. I may opt for the laced rims of the Scout 20. Gona prob get the Exhaust 2into 1 for the more throatier sound and gonna continue doing a little more research. THank You! This video was informative

The 5th gear on the 60 is the same gear ratio as 6th on the Scout.
I went with Vance and Hines 3" slip on exhaust, stage 1 air intake and flashed my ECU...a lot less than $3, 000 and just about the same power.

I hate to break your heart ❤️ but I own a scout 60 and I do most of my riding on the highways and I have never felt vibration at 65/70 mph at all. Now, I had a 1200 cc Sportster that vibrated like shaker. I love this bike!😊

I had my heart set on a Harley. ill admit it always has been my dream bike. the thing that stopped me was cost. i dd consider buying used, but you just dont know how they were treated. My next plan was getting the Rebel 1100.The cost was making the wallet a lot more happy at a price less than 12k . I did a little more research and found the Scout Sixty. The price with add ons was just 2k more than the Rebel 1100. Im very much sold on the Scout Sixty. Thanks for the video

Thank you for the video. It is one of the best I have seen regarding the scouts.

The only d I difference is the engine size. Ergonomics are identical and wow a charging port for an extra three grand. Got a tuner for my 60 along with Rinehart slip ons and Trask air intake. Pushing 85 to 90 hp.

As a new rider with no experience in riding other than have taken the MSF course I recently purchased the 2023 Scout Bobber ABS used with 1200 mileage. The best decision I’ve made; I took it easy in riding around the block to get familiar with the friction zone and braking. I love the bike! I upgraded the Halogen headlights to LEDs from Eagle Lights and upgraded the foot-pegs with floor-boards I purchased from Amazon under $100. Next upgrade will be the exhaust pipes.

Overall, the Indian Scout Bobber ABS is freakin’ fun to ride!

I have a 2020 Scout 60 bobber. Before that, All I had ever ridden was 1200 Sporty's (Last one was '16, '03 & a '94 883) For ride and performance, the Indian is better. For aesthetics ? I think Harley has them, but not by much. Why I soured on Harley was their "service @ sale", which is beyond HORRIBLE !! But I was looking at a used Bonneville Bobber, & a buddy said try the Indian. Loved it !! Only had it about 2 months, so we'll see, but so far ? Terrific Bike !!!!

Sixth gear in the scout is the same ratio as fifth gear in the scout sixty. They took out fourth gear which doesn’t do anything anyways! So no to vibration at 70 mph.

The 5th gear is the same on my 2018 scout 60 as 6th on the the regular 60 or bobber but can say sometimes I want to click one more gear have seen that they have changed that in the newer models of the regular scout models were the 60 has stayed the same! I really in Joy my 60 it does everything I need in a bike but it all comes down to what you want!! Any one will be great to ride and that’s were its at just riding and having a good time doing so!!

The headlight cover is not a better look - very subjective. Mirrors are simple change. Brown seat is subjective as well, prefer all black. Power is not a night and day difference. No difference with the 6 speed. No brainer the 60 is the way to go.

Would have been nice to cover the difference in engine size, torque and rpm at 60 mph. Otherwise, nice review. Thanks.

Still debating between the Bobber, the HD Nightster and the Honda Rebel 1100. Is the bobber the better bike even if it’s more expensive for less gadgets like some rider aids or a digital lcd

Long time rider just now starting to consider the Scout Sixty as a choice. No need for the extra power in the regular Scout. Too many folks want the biggest and strongest something. Sometimes it's useful for two up travel, but mostly too many riders have the attitude or "culture" thing. Enjoy your own ride and be safe, and represent the riding community.
