Ingredients:

650g steamed purple potato slices
60-80g sugar
200g milk
15g corn oil
Spoonful of maltose

Instructions:

1. Steam purple potato slices until soft.

2. Grind with sugar and milk for a smooth paste.

3. Cook paste in nonstick pan with corn oil.

4. Add maltose, stir-fry until non-sticky.

5. Store in sealed container when cooled.
