Sea salt sprays aren’t just for making you feel like you’re at the beach all year long. They can add volume, liven up dull curls, and even moisturize your hair—but one bottle doesn’t fit all. Not sure where to start? Here I break down three of my favorite sea salt sprays and which hair types they suit best so you can start spritzing! xoxo, Rachel

I was expecting a demonstration, would have been good to see what it looks like when it's applied. Anyhow, thanks for the explanation.

I love love love the Parlor by Jeff Chastain Moisturizing Sea Salt Spray!!!! I got it as a sample and bought the full-size right away because it gives my stick straight hair a beautiful texture and keeps its softness.

Can I use it if I shower at night, and sleep on my wet hair? I usually either straighten it or curl it in the morning
