Hi Kim! I love all of your vlogs. You're so inspiring and fun to watch. Even tho I'm approaching 50 on 1/25, I still love to see young black women doing their thing. I feel the same way about houses. I built my first house with my now ex husband in Ga. It was 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There was a bonus room too. We turned that into a bedroom. I still loved looking at other homes. There was a golf community we wanted to buy in but thought it was too pricey for the homes to be so close. One day, my son and I went through there and saw a million dollar home. Omg! It was huge. It had a circular driveway, basement with a full bar and theater room. That's what I'd pay a million dollars for. Granted, I know it's Ga and you can get more for your money. I live in the PNW and now my city are building new homes by Toll Brothers in a new community starting at $600k and the homes range from a 2 bedroom to 4 or 5 bedrooms, I believe. No sir! More than a half mil for a 2 bedroom? Makes me appreciate my small 2 bedroom 1 and a half bath "cottage" home. I bought it just before the pandemic started in Feb 2020. Brand new at that. Those bins for the fridge are the bomb!!

Houses are like designer clothes. You’re paying for the location. When we were house shopping I went through websites and the same exact model houses would be 100s of thousands less in a different neighborhood.

I just bought that same camera the soft skin effect is probably turned on. Your skin is flawless. I actually leave mines turned on!
