Building a NPS dashboard in Excel

NPS or Net Promoter Score is a very common metric seen across all sorts of product or service businesses. It's essentially a score from a very simple survey question that you've probably answered at some point. I'll walk you through this little experiment of mine and give you the context that you need to understand the full walkthrough video that I release later.
