Ha, that's nothing. I once had the freezer full of frozen seafood and accidentally unplugged it when moving my luggage out the door for a three week vacation. 😆

😂 no worries, darling! Nothing beats my "chicken of shame." I got caught up in postpartum, and the chicken turned blue. I threw the whole crockpot away!

Which is why now I immediately put in containers the rest whenever I make rice. I have ADHD and if I don't, I WILL forget that rice even exists until I want to make more. I once even thought nothing would happen if I ate it after leaving it out overnight, and I ended up with a (fortunately mild) bacillus cereus infection. Could have been worse, tbh.

That's right. If this kind of thing happened, I would rather throw the rice cooker that trying ro clean it.
Because it might look clean from the outside, but we don't know in the machine part, or the fungy would grow in a place that we can't see unless we open all part of the rice cooker 😢
