Hi mate, just come across your vids, very interesting. I'm doing more or less the same thing with a Birchwood boat 18ft cathedral Hull.
Mines in the water so a bit trickier to do, but getting there. Yours is looking great. 👍

I bought a Pacific 550 and your videos have helped me greatly in refurbishing mine. I have no windows frames so not sure how to make them for the perspex glass. I see some had aluminium frames. do you have any old frames left or a pattern I can take?
