I get mine at home depot, I like to make tool caddies out of thin plywood and glue the foam to the bottom it works great

Here in Australia you'd also have to be wearing safety harnesses with fall arrestors.

They're not saving any money installing Solar on that Roof. They're going to have to Remove and replace the panels when they have to re-roof which will cost them about $6, 000 - $7, 000. Unless they are able to get the roof replaced through insurance. They will pay for it. Some Solar Sales people suck.
