If General grievous would have survived attack by obi wan and probably lead other cis force to coruscant again because his betrayed by palpatine or when Republic become empire grievous role probably defend separatists stronghold then later vader arrive would have dual between anakin now vader and grievous probably vader would win or grievous too.

Well Grievous would be happy in the afterlife. The Jedi are dead for good and can't make any war crimes and help enslave the Kalee even though not on porpoise. He can finally rest in peace
