I just saw your awesome shout out on Smoky Ribs BBQ, I started watching him cause of your thank you to them. Man what a great shout out! Much deserved though, we have significantly beefed up our home cooking thanks to you and have the wife back in the kitchen and we are getting creative all thanks to you my man! Thanks for your videos. Q? Have you ever used a grill mat to help with items that might stick such as fish, or fall through the grate like veggies?
I’ve used your Tri-Tip sear method. Very Gooood 👍🏻

I went down to the local goodwill and bought a stainless steel bowl, then cut out the bottom with my Dremel. Vortex for under $3.

That was a great Q&A, and not too long. After a year and half, I finally purchased some decent editing software and a new PC. Funny talking about editing. I'm still trying to get my vids to the ten minute mark. It is hard to do. You don't realize how much I've tried to copy your techniques, but still not there. Joe's BBQ House mentioned he heard of my channel through Ry.
I go what ?? Thanks for the mention. Love you channel. You are teaching me stuff. I told some other large channels....don't you feel me pullin on that back teet. lol

I finally made my first attempt at BBQ. I did pulled pork in an electric smoker. I think I did poorly. I couldn't pull it apart after 11 hrs, and ended up cutting it into chunks instead. I thought I did everything right, but I will make another run at it. It is still ok, but I'd be upset if I had paid money for this at a BBQ joint. Love the videos!
