@Skullcandy WHY do they break so easily for some people? i just ordered a pair but now I've seen some bad reviews that say they break within a month...

I have them for 2 weeks and I have a love-hate relationship with these headphones. I am beyond frustrated, they are not charging (or showing that they are charging). It's unclear what's happening. Sometimes a red light is flashing another time, it's not. It's never charging and turns off after 15 min. While I love the quality of the sound, I can't get over my frustration.

My buds are stock on a purple light, unable to pair or enable pairing. Cannot reset either pressing the + and -

The wire on the bottom just moved out of its place, now its dangling and I cant even put it back in, please help?

Just got a new pair after the battery failing. Used it last night no problem had it fully charged. Went to go turn it on to work out and nothing is working. Looks like another inconvenient trip back to Best Buy to swap them out yet again.

Had my first pair for just under a year and randomly turned off never to turn back on. I took them back to have them replaced. Pair 2 lasted 2 months and didnt hold charge.
Sent them back for pair 3 for them to last 3 gym workouts and 1 run and never to charge. Why I tried going for pair 4 maybe I'm dumb but they just keep turning off after 30 secs to 3 mins for no reason. Sry I'm really not happy with these buds.

I got a pair for my birthday and I'd say they are average at best. Sound quality is good but they just don't stay in. Sitting passively at a desk within 30 seconds I'm having to constantly fiddle to get them to stay, forget any kind of physical activity. The clip would be helpful to try and take the weight of the mic and control buttons however the cord from the ear piece to the control isn't long enough to be able to secure it to a collar or similar to stop it pulling the ear piece out. The ear locks and buds are fitted correctly, they are put in properly (gently pulling the earlobe back to open the ear cavity) and each bud is in the correct ear. Limited size options for the included ear locks and buds included certainly don't help. I'm sure the ability to locate and track them is helpful but is a gimmick considering they won't stay put. Simple function bests bells and whistles any day of the week. Disappointed in this product .

I recommend JVC marshmellow, I tried these and they are trash.
