Method Active Wireless Earbuds | Troubleshoot Pairing | Skullcandy

If you ever have any trouble with your earbuds, a full reset may help. Here's the simplest way to do it.
To reset:
Step #1: Remove Method Active from your Bluetooth Devices list.
Step #2: Turn off the Bluetooth on your device.
Step #3: Turn your device on, then press(+) and (-) buttons simultaneously. The LED should blink blue, and you should hear 2 beeps. Then turn off your earbuds.
Step #4: When you turn your earbuds back on, they will enter into pairing mode and any Bluetooth pairing issues should be resolved.
