I'd really like to emphasize that last point. To anyone out there struggling with mental health but doesn't want to seem unattractive by coming off as unconfident, I've learned that the best sense of confidence you can exude in such a situation is to own the very fact that it's difficult for you to be confident, yet you muster the courage to try. Be confident in that you're being true to your self, because that self of yours matters. *finger heart*

This describes me quite well but I don't think people around me find these traits mysterious and attractive. It's more like they assume it means I'm shy and socially awkward but in reality I'm just more comfortable with the silence. It's not necessary to talk just for the sake of talking you know...

I'm an introvert (INFP-T), so I'm only comfortable with people that I've known for a long period of time. I also have ADHD and Depression and I need to learn how to be confident about myself. Thanks @Psych2Go for a great video.

As a creative introvert, I can relate to some of these traits. I often go to a specific coffee shop and spend time listening to music while doing creative activities. It’s not that I dislike talking, but I’m not good at initiating conversations with random people. Even at work, talking distracts me from my tasks. So I guess I’m somewhat mysterious.

As an introvert I always found people who were more mysterious and quiet way more attractive than others who weren't, always thought it was just a me thing but I guess not!

Or you will be bullied if you have these traits. For example, I was bullied at the time because I have many of these character traits, and when the class teacher asked why the other classmates bullied me, their answer was: "She's too different." It depends on the person, some people just can't stand it. It's probably related to peer pressure as well. I don't think of myself as being so different, but apparently others see things differently.

Ive approached social situations as an introvert and got off lucky by interacting in a good way. Its just if I exude "mysteriousness" at first and allow someone into my life to understand more, they'd see that really i am not as interesting as I once seemed to be.

Another thing I think about this kind of attribute is that people try to emulate it, when really its just a natural thing that happens. After a while a person is going to understand more about you, and and will see that "mysteriousness" is a front.
