Well since he is alive, they would have to get him seen by a doctor, asap as he now likely can talk maybe... I would think he likely had super slow heart rate and was in a coma when they tried his pulse before, hopefully someone found him fast cuz he really looks unstable for balance and likely needs to be rushed to ICU and have around the clock medical care for a lil bit, he likely needs fluids and electrolytes, he should also get a MRI scan of his brain also in case just to be 100% sure that they may know if he suffered any level of brain damage!
