This was a good video because it was short and sweet. You showed us exactly what we wanted to see and learn about without dragging it out forever.

Love those boots. They were the main reason I took plunge into PNW stuff. That 1977 Last is such an iconic shape.

You need some fz150, when you see the foam, you're in the zone 😂

It’s been a year since this video. Are the Type 1 Commanders still in service?

Those the commanders you got few years back? The brown rough outside? Thanks for all your information, how you like the toecaps? This early summer my plan take trip to Frank's get, measured, get similar to what you have, maybe get full lace to toe. Thanks Mister, thank you very much!

never follow this video. let your boots dry each step. make sure to wash off the saddle soap all the way. i dont recommend applying color to rough out. test a small area first.

Don't most people wait between washing and oiling?

Keep the brushes and the Obenauf's, get rid of the brown polish and saddle soap, and get some Obenauf's Cleanit. Do this procedure every 2 weeks or so.
Those boots were let go too long, you need a rebuild.
I missed the boot videos!

I'll never understand why people don't lather up and rinse their boots in their sink, bathtub or shower. Would you wash your skin like that, just wiping off the soap with a rag? It's not gonna hurt the boots to rinse them with a garden hose, or whatever you have. Put a towel or something inside the boot if you're worried about getting water in there.
