Salted Chocolate Caramel Tart

You already got the flowers, now its time to give them something from the heart! Just in time for Valentines Day, this tart recipe is sure to say I love you ❤️

This recipe can be made in advance and will hold in the fridge for about 4 days, recipe below!

Tart Dough:
1 1/3 AP flour
3 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 lagre egg

Caramel:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons Creme Fraiche
pinch of salt

Ganache:
3.5 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream

Flakey salt for garnish
