Replaced the faucet, cleaned out pipe. Was 1/3 blocked by black stuff. Cleaned it, drain is good for a year. My friend told me to take your outside hose, hooked up to the water outside, remove the stopper and flush it 2-3 times for 15 seconds or so each time. Keeps it clean without draino type product. Did bathtub drain too, took off grill. Did kitchen sink too.

Um, or I can use Drano and not have to take anything apart.
