Did you know in Eternals…

There was originally supposed to be a romantic relationship between Druig and Sersi. It was supposed to be hinted at happening some time in the past which would lead to the tension between them when they come to the rainforest to recruit him. When Chloe saw the chemistry Barry and Lauren had, they decided to drop that idea and instead focused on developing the relationship between Druig and makkari instead.

For me the plot of this movie was meh but I fell in love with all the characters!! All the actors were so good and they really made this movie for me 😭💜 I would watch this movie everyday if I could because the characters just made the movie so enjoyable and worth watching.

It’s crazy how down the middle I tend to see these comic vs cinematic universes discussions. Like I get it but allow your brain the freedom to separate the universe (like they’re supposed to be also because there are copyright laws that goes into the production of movies that impedes continuity sometimes) and simply enjoy the pieces at face value. That’s how we end up with so many snobs in the community who lowkey don’t know they’re gatekeeping by doing this. First off you can invite a person into learning about the comics and have a genuine enthused nerd out session rather than talking people down for having only seen the movies and that being their only point of reference.
