Tire caps stuck on valve stem

Now if we could tell auto manufacturers to stop using dissimilar bolts, or at least coat them or add some anti seize of some sort. I've fought steel bolts into aluminum harder than 50y/o steel to steel

This happpened to me i have all four valves that are totally fused now what do i do
