Do NOT use metal valve caps on tires as they will corrode together and cannot be twisted off

I got these sweet blue metal air caps from Amazon to match the color of my car and they looked pretty awesome. However, after about 1-2 years, the metal inside the cap merged with the metal tip of the air valve and I could not remove the cap to fill my tires with air. Worse in the winter time with the colder temps, snow, and salt from the streets.
I tired pliers. That didn't work.
I tired heating with a lighter. That didn't work.
I tired WD40. That didn't work.
I tried asking nicely. That didn't work.
The only option was to get a saw and grind them off, bit by bit to not ruin the threads. It took forever and was very upset by it. These stupid, cheap caps cost me so much time and effort. So just stick with the standard plastic ones that come on your car by default (even though they do not look as cool).
