EU-Moped on Wrong Side of Traffic Island

The EU-moped driver deliberately steers towards the wrong side of the traffic island, forcing the cyclist to turn to the side of their lane. Training and a license is required to drive EU-mopeds, so the driver should definitely know better than playing in traffic.
