As a Greek I had always assumed the relations between the eastern Roman empire and medieval Serbia were positive, so I thank you for opening my mind to the nuances of this period.

There is a mentality of freedom among the Serbs that is extremely stronger than among other peoples. Even under the physical yoke of a power their freedom is preserved in that of thought expressed in the term "inat". The Serb never submits completely. If we look at History, the current Serb finds himself in the same situation as at the fall of the Dushan Empire. The question arises, will there be another Kosovo battle and its consequences? Will the Serbs have to free themselves again and will they also have to free the other Serbian peoples who are unaware of having acquired their existence? It is up to the Serbs to think and not make the mistakes of the past. The Serbs have an immense cultural heritage that shines internationally. Today, who doesn't know Tesla? Who doesn't know Milankovic and his climate cycle? Who doesn't know Milena Einstein, master of mathematics, without whom Albert was only a theoretician? Who doesn't know, why not athletes like Djokovic or Jokic? Who does not know the st Sava temple and the medieval Orthodox monasteries in Kosovo i Metohija or Hilandar? What language and what names do the new peoples of the former Yugoslavia and beyond have? The Serbs gave much more than they received. Serbs can be proud, but in the future they must be a little more selfish or rather think a little more about themselves and their own future, especially in these times that are destructive of identities and souls.

Tvrtko was crowned for a king of Serbs, at the grave of Saint Sava in the monastery of Milseva in 1377. By orthodox representatives. You could've also mentioned that the first Serbian king was also catholic, Mihailo Vojislavljevic, crowned in 1071. And that it had been his father, Stefan Vojislav who had first broken the Roman hold in 1042 by defeating them in the highlands behind Bar.
Really, Serbs exist of whatever faith out there. Croats and Bosniaks often confuse religion and ethnicity and nationality and thus jump to incorrect conclusions. Also, Croats never lived in Bosnia. Maybe modern-day Bosnia, around Bihac, Livno and Duvno for sure, but these were called "Turkish Croatia" when they had fallen and did not fall under the Bosnian vilayet.
Nevertheless, the fact Serb and Croat may have been interchangeable can be seen in the dynasty of Kosaca. VlatkO Vukovic was a Serb, orthodox, his son, Sandalj Hranic was a muslim and thus closer to modern-day Bosniaks, with Herceg Stefan Vukovic declaring himself as a Serb later on, and last but not least, there was a "Hrvoje Vukovic (sometimes called Hrvatinic)", who had the croatian coat of arms but was Orthodox and ruled a Serbian ethnic ground.
Also, Germans didn't exist before 1871. Don't misuse the word, Germanic's the word you're looking for.
You're overall seen negatively due to your great anti-Serbian bias in most of your videos and an undeserved sympathy for the neighbors. This is however mostly a good video, keep on this track.

Super je video. Ima dosta o istoriji Srbije da se kaže. Ima na primer Jovan Nenad koji je iskoristio poraz Mađara na Mohaču da napravi svoju verziju srpske države u Vojvodini.

6:03 That is very speculstive that people who lived in Serbian lands did not know ethnic community belongs. What about reports of Catholic Church or Eastern Roman Empire. How they knew who live in Southeastern Europe ? They asked the people.

Sorry, but it is hard to believe that the source of the national division between the Frankish and Byzantine influenced peoples was as organic as you claim. The people we call Russians were divided historically much more, some even speaking Tukic or other non-Slavic languages to this day, yet call themselves Russian, ethnically, if you ask. Cuvashi, Russians in Kazakhstan, Tula, Vladivostok. The source of ethnic identity is linguistic and cultural, but the real glue of a "nation" is a central power that can educate everyone into becoming Russian, French, etc.

Yugoslavia wasn't a mistake, but the ethnic supremacy of Serbians in the state was. Ironically enough, the states started off as a merger between a state of South Slavs seeking independence from the German supremacist Austria-Hungary with Serbia, but slowly devolved into Serbia taking up the same role as the Austrians. Sure on paper, everyone was equal, but in reality, Serbs had advantages over others and then there's the natural problem of states like Yugoslavia, states built on ethnicity(the land of South Slavs) often have little room for those who don't fit into that ethnic culture. Kosovars aren't Slavs so how do they fit in a country that says it's built for South Slavs?

You seem to largely attribute Bulgaria's role in the Cyrillic alphabet and writing to Byzantium, which is pretty sad tbh. Bulgaria not only did the first true translations of holy scripts and translated the bible first. But also many non clurgical works and so on, laying the foundations for the literature of the rest of the Slavic world. I don't think it's nationalist at all to say Bulgarian literature paved the way for the rest of Slavic orthodoxy. As for the Cyrillic? Entieely failed to say it was made by Bulgarians, in Bulgaria and under order of the Bulgarian tsar.
