File Explorer Home Tab / Ribbon Fix

the same issue for me but instead of the home tab, it was the whole ribbon.

Don't listen to Him. Check this... When the explorer window opens up, in top left find the word "File" and right click mouse button. Line should show up that says "Minimize the Ribbon". If there's a check mark next to "Minimize the Ribbon", then one needs to always click on the "Home" tab to see the ribbon. So, the solution is to remove the "check" mark next to "Minimize the Ribbon" by left clicking on the "check mark" to remove it.

I dont have ribbon with icons at all. There is only text labels. :(

My issue is the shortcut icons that you see on the top left corner right beside File Explorer. Those icons/shortcut/dropdown is missing for me. I don't see any way to bring it back. Can someone suggest a fix?

Hello Mambo B, my problem is the entire top line that says "File'" Edit V'ew etc does not appear in "File Explorere" it ONLY has the "HOME "tab with dropdowns . in other words I cannot clik on a file yto save it for example . please help . I wish I could send you a clip to see what i mean.
