My modem is 5.0 ghz. I can’t connect to the thin q app. It says “ no internet connection”. Tried restarting modem without success.It would have been nice to see the functions of my frig and what the temperature really is instead of what it is set at but oh well. I can connect everything else in my house to WiFi without issue so it’s something with LG.

Thank you for this info. However, I could hardly hear the narrator's voice over the din of the awful background music. Please find a professional to make your videos who knows how to adjust the volume of background music on the recordings. Better yet ask Google to develop a feature which can cut out the music track so that we can all comprehend what is actually being said....I love music, but this does not help one bit!

Unbelievably stupid app and implementation. Appears to have been dreamed up by an 11-year-old who failed all the school modules on basic wireless networking. Buyer beware.
