In this video you'll discover the nootropics benefits of Passionflower. Including why we use Passionflower as a nootropic, recommended dosage, side effects and clinical research.

Passionflower is a perennial vining plant native to Central and South America. Used for centuries by Native Americans, Passionflower is known for its ability to reduce anxiety and insomnia.

The flavonoids found in Passionflower are partial agonists of GABAA receptors and inhibit the uptake of GABA into synapses.

Passionflower is used for anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), symptoms of opiate withdrawal, insomnia, nerve pain, convulsions, bronchial spasms, ADHD, palpitations, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, hypertension, sexual dysfunction, and menopause.

New studies are emerging that look at the science behind these uses and other possible benefits of Passionflower. Including helping with panic attacks, seizures, headaches, menstrual pain, and Parkinson’s disease.

Neurohackers report improved sleep quality with Passionflower. They say it helps them fall asleep and sleep more deeply.

Unlike using sleep meds, neurohackers say when using Passionflower for sleep they don’t feel as “zonked out” as they do when using sleep meds. Sleep is better and it’s easier to get going the next morning.

Some report Passionflower helped them taper off opiates with fewer withdrawal symptoms including better sleep and less anxiety.

I've read about this before and while I do know my body is under constant stress, I am afraid it would make me sleepy. I have always been able to fall asleep in about a minute or two. Sometimes I have to concentrate on relaxing to get to sleep-- I sometimes have a lot on my mind.

I already tried it, as with all other sleeping aids, apart from those prescribed, for whatever reason sleep aids tend to have an opposite effect, it’s like it actually keeps me awake, Benadryl, nyquill, l theonin, melatonin, all these tend to keep me, I even over powered trazodone, I wonder why this is?

Is there any benefit of passionflower for neuro inflammation? I'm using Melissa Officinalis, and I'm thinking to change it for Passionflower. Is there any nootropic to help solve it?
