Last I checked, tearing your arm doesn’t cause literal bumps to appear as if they were warty scars. Those are 100% the injection sites for steroids. I mean it would be especially obvious if he grew to that size in such a short time… plus dude looks like he’s pushing 50 at just 20; that’s steroids for SURE.
