His acne is out of control. His face is all messed up. People met him in person and said he looks monstrous.

His youtube videos are amazing. Full of great advice. Tik tok isnt the best indicator of his philosophy.

Sam is definitely on a pretty bad road health wise but you can’t really hate on the guy. I met Sam a few months back at a gym here in Ohio and he is literally one of the most humble guys I have ever met, super nice and I know his true intention is to inspire people.

He talks so calm and nice i use him as an ASMR sleeping back noise.
Some even say he is the gym version of Bob Ross

Sam has given me so many tips and pointers through his videos and his content makes me feel like I’m not alone on the daily gym grind, juice or not he doesn’t promote it. I agree he’s on a pretty bad path health wise, but he is swimming at his own risk

I don’t know about others. But the reason I watch him isn’t for lifting advice, natural people aren’t generally gonna benefit from basically anything he says. I watch him because it’s motivating to listen to him talk about how simple everything really is when it comes to going to the gym, improving your body and your lifts. It really is as simple as getting there and putting in the work. A lot of other fitness influencers are doing too much, with fitness challenges and all this other stuff, which is cool and all but it doesn’t have the same vibe and makes fitness seem so complex. Sam is the opposite, he goes in there, goes hard, and gets out.

The amount of people that are getting sick from steroids these past few months is really a eye opener about how drastic steroid abuse is now and really makes you wonder about how many people are gonna go down like this as time goes.

Sams 17 year old physique is almost as good as me lifting for 5 years as an adult. The guys is elite and I hope he’s really guided for a career of longevity.

he is one of my favorite lifters, so chill so humble so down to earth. I don’t even think he flexes his physique but man I do want him to take care of his health so we don’t see him gone.

The fitness industry will continue to loose many more young and talented influencers this is sad but it's true, I wish him all the best

Sam is the dude the fitness industry needs now. In todays day where everything is an advertisement for a supplement.

In Sam's defense, I believe what he posts on TikTok is for shock factor. In his videos he often refers to Jeff Nippard as someone he got a lot of lifting advice from and recommends him often. He even says that he isnt a fitness guru and needs to learn more himself. I do agree with Greg's point on the steroid use. We dont wanna see another fitness influencer pass too soon. I cant really speak for Sam on his steroid abuse but we'll probably get a response soon. Another informative Greg post in the books. Keep it up Greg!
