That’s when you need to go on a hunt, a hunt for secret places, for places that are so calm, strange, different or just not as famous as the Parisian monuments.

Nestled in the heart of the Jardin des Plantes, the Alpine garden includes more than 2,000 mountain plant species .

The Arab World Institute (IMA) is a Parisian cultural institute dedicated to the Arab world.
You can go for free on the rooftop and have an incredible view

The collège was used until the French Revolution as a residence for Cistercian monks students at the University of Paris.

Hotel-Dieu de Paris is the oldest hospital in the capital.
You can enter for free and climb at the last level to have a view over notre dame … but please be respectful of the people resting inside, it’s still an hospital.

Marché de la rue Mouffetard. Not a secret for Parisians but for visitors it can be a nice surprise.

Parc des Buttes Chaumont. It's off the beaten paths of the city but a great landscape garden. I especially like the converted gypsum mines and the statue of Pan

Hello Stern Mathieu, I am going to Paris for a week in August, I can't find exactly where the Square de Peupliers is on the map, I would like to go there, can you give an exact location address or area please? I will also be going to the Zen garden and Jardin de Alpin. Excellent well made video, good quality, sound and music. Make more if possible.
