I went on the Norton website as you suggested and I ordered the physics book. Everything seemed okay and the order showed a zero balance due as expected. Two weeks later I received an email stating that they will only send the book for free if I am an instructor.
I then responded to their email and explained what you had said in your video. Have not heard back yet.
