How to manually add data settings on Samsung Galaxy | Add APN Settings on Samsung phones

This video I'm going to show you how to easily add the internet settings on your Samsung Galaxy Phone to fix any data issues

to setup the apn settings on the samsung galaxy phone:
Go to Settings - Connections - Mobile Network - Access Point Names

from here, you will need to tab on menu and create a new APN, add the corresponding information related to your mobile operator and save the settings.

I cannot hit add because it is grayed out and Straight Talk refuses to help me get this taken care of they keep saying it's my location when I know it's not my location cuz I know several people within my neighborhood that have 5G and they will not help me with this they keep saying it's location and it is not location it is the APN settings
