So why do you only send this now? Guess what? Some of travel at other times. On two trips in May I had to get data working on our Lebara phones. That meant ages on chat with support using McDonalds WiFi. Why doesn't this happen automatically when registering a SIM? Lebara's plans and EU policy is great, but the technical stuff like this leaves a lot to be desired. Your original registration text included two sets of APN info. One of those doesn't work for roaming.

My message didnt look like that. Got a set of 19 listed instructions but nothing works on my phone. it doesnt allow me to change the settings they are all greyed out.

Got a message with instructions but at step three where it says use the plus button.. there isn't one....

You don't receive a text message back. A small icon appears on the top left of your phone which you have to click on and follow the instructions. Can easily be missed or cleared by error.
