I was doing a Skyblock with a stained glass fog effect underneath them, and I wanted players to die if they touched the fog. This helped a lot. :)

I tried "/execute @a ~ ~ ~ detect ~ ~-1 ~ concrete 15 title @s title Hi" on an impulse and always active command block so that it executes the command once and is always checking for players.

But it didn't work, nothing would pop up. And if I tried a repeating command block, it repeatedly jitters the text, which is not what I want. Any help?
