If you are staying in a place/s where you can wash your clothes or have them washed then that’s enough clothes and if you’re going to a hot country . However, it’s not enough for a cold country and if you have loads of medication for 1 month you’d need another bag !

To fit in even more things in a bagpack, use compression cubes instead of normal packing cubes. Also, your backpack is amazing:)
