3:40 I'm not sure if its just for Amazon Canada where I am, or if this was even the case for this item here, but a lot of the restricted items can be ungated a lot easier now:

If you click the "request approval" button and it says "This selling application cannot be completed on mobile devices..." it usually means you're allowed to sell it, you just have to complete a small multiple choice quiz thing about if you're a reseller, distributor, or manufacturer and a few more questions. Once you do it a few times you'll know the answers to click every time to speed it up.


You may know this already and I'm not sure if this was even the case for this item but I figured I'd comment it either way to let other people know if they haven't realized it.
