We're on legendary Eagle Lake ice fishing for the big 3 in Canada. Lake Trout, Walleye, and Northern Pike. We even snuck in a Black Crappie session. Good times at Temple Bay Lodge in Sunset Country, Ontario.

Fished Eagle many years since 1980, never in winter. Stayed at Pine Beach Lodge. Last fall had several 50-60 walleye days and big pike. Largest walleye back 20 yrs ago was 32.5”. Thanks for showing how the lake can be a great winter destination and that the big walleyes are still there.

Was there in 2005 with my brother on a mission after reading 150 Musky Hunter Mag stories. Awestruck and wide eyed. Drove 28hrs, fished flat out for 6 day's in September. Got skunked hard. Best time of my life.
