3 Million PSVRs Sold | Is That Good or Bad?

PSVR hits a new milestone, but after over 21 months on sale, is it doing good or bad?

I think console comparison is fair as I treat the vr as a separate entity to my Ps4.

So I'll be fair.
Xbox one have on average sold 8 million consoles per year. Its an established device and carries no risk of long term support.

Psvr on average is selling *1 million per a year. It is still not established and carries risk as indicated by developers for long term support compared to xbox one for example.

I think that puts the psvr way up there in the successful bracket for new tech. WINNING!

I’m sure it’ll do a lot better if they introduce bigger game titles, but a lot of games don’t want to dip their feet into the VR world. Still, games like Firewall are already bringing in quite a few new players.

I think that’s excellent, because it’s a starting trend that costs a lot more than just getting a console or $400-$500. So spending another $200-$500 to get VR is a lil pricey for the broke folk! And the fact that it’s sold more than the pc headsets is because hell of a lot cheaper! At Walmart now VR is $200. It’s become more affordable and more and more people will get it when more and more games come! I’m still wanting Ace Combat
