How to change user code and programming code on an ACT10/ACT5 keypad

This works for both ACT5 and ACT10 keypad as they use the same software.

TO CHANGE USER CODES TO OPEN THE DOOR.
Press X then your programming code. The default code is 9999.
Press 0 for the code changing menu.
Press 0-9 for user number so user 4 would be 4.
Enter your desired code so 1234 would be 1234.
Press X to exit programming mode.

TO CHANGE PROGRAMMING CODE TO ACCESS SETTINGS.
Press X then your programming code. The default code is 9999.
Press 0 for the code changing menu.
Press the bell button.
Enter your desired code so 2580 would be 2580.
Press X to exit programming mode.

I need to change the door code on an ACT system, it is not a 10 or a 5 version. I have my programming code but can't remember how to delete the old code and put in a new one. Any ideas?

I guess i have more than 1 user as old code still works and new code works. How can i delete and have 1 user. Thanks

I mistakenly changes the code to 9999. What programming code can I use to change it.

X9999 does not work for me. It just reads it as a wrong code
